Return & Refund Policy

All items sold on HonorYourStory.org are custom printed on demand at the time of your order. Because each journal is manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong edition, or personal dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@honoryourstory.org with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will send a free replacement copy at our discretion. You do not need to return the original item.
