Welcome to HonorYourStory.org (the "Site"), operated by Coach Taylor ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. Overview
Honor Your Story sells guided memory journals, including the How Good Were You? and Who Did You Become? series, along with related merchandise. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products and Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
All journals sold on this Site are custom printed on demand at the time of purchase through our fulfillment partner. Because each item is manufactured specifically for your order, product availability, print specifications (trim size, binding, paper type), and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for how to request a replacement.
5. Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner directly to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to journal titles, cover designs, interior questions, logos, text, and the "Honor Your Story," "How Good Were You?," and "Who Did You Become?" names and marks — is the property of Coach Taylor / Honor Your Story and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
7. User-Submitted Content
If you submit audio, written responses, photos, or other content to us (including through our podcast submission process), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish that content across our podcast, website, and social media channels, for the purpose of sharing stories consistent with our mission. We will not publish your full legal name without your consent. You retain ownership of your submitted content and may request its removal at any time by contacting us.
8. Charitable Contributions
A portion of proceeds from How Good Were You? journal sales supports Every Kid Sports, and a portion of proceeds from Who Did You Become? journal sales supports Wounded Warrior Project. Contribution amounts and structures are determined at our discretion and are not guaranteed to represent a fixed percentage of any individual sale unless otherwise stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honor Your Story and Coach Taylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
